While the architectural approach decisions were taken throughout the project, 3 elements were taken into consideration. One of them is the building style which is born from the life scenarios of potential users and carries the characteristic of modern architecture. Secondly as a result of the climatic conditions of the area and the nearby geography and the impact of the means of socio-economic production. Finally, it is an architectural tradition based on the Anatolian Seljuks and its interpretation in Ahlat, Bitlis and Adilcevaz. The architectural decisions of the residential buildings are given according to the density of the buildings. In the low density housing units located in the area wall, the plan scheme of stone houses, which are frequently found in the region and which have a plan structure intertwined with daily production activities, have been considered. In these units, it is aimed that the life scenario will be intertwined with the production scenario.
