The location of project area is situated in Güzelbahçe İzmir, close to Izmır-Çeşme Highway. Project is formed by there housing blocks with 20 flats and area is a long parcel which is perpendicular to coastal and also has limited and narrow sea vista. Due to that condition, all blocks are placed considering by their views to Aegean sea. Living rooms are planned as semi-closed openings to openair and valued with different sized balconies. Diverse landscape usage for ground floors and rich vistas for upper floors are main keystones of the project.
