Efeler Municipality Building project is an awarded proposal for a national architectural competition in Aydn, Turkey. The aim of the design is creating socio-cultural streets, passages and terraces by creating separated ground levels which are connected with the town hall square and efficient office levels with open-air gallery. We try to design a govermental place that has strong relations and connectivity with urban plaza and also descent seperated shape by dividing the whole programmatic density.
