In the one of the rare flat cities of Turkey, Konya, the project is thought as a creation process of virtual architectural topography by fluid roof movements and their transformations to the other building elements. Design can be read as an continuos pattern that reach all the different levels of different blocks and its circumscriptions of different functions such as commercial, housing and offices. Another fluid schema is created in the urban planning by a urban promonade that start by commercial center to the center of the inner yard of housing blocks and connect these two different life styles softly in harmonic blend.
