The field of competition is related to the development of Çanakkale which has a deep place in the memory of the country with its historical role in World War I and is surrounded by increasing new urban attraction points. When the construction program is thought to cover 10 percent of the competition area, utilisation of a wide open area will emerge. In this context, the main idea of the project is to turn the project area into a cultural historical (culture history) park where the urban people can interact in the open space by breaking up the program components around a historical-moment wall and distributing it across the land.
