Bayburt_14 is mixed use project contains three floor carpark area and commercial store in its programme. In an high elevated topography, design divided into two parts as a base and an upper void. While base void is serving as an parking area from a narrow front streetline, upper void has its own plaza and terraces for shops. Departed two voids also reflect their different characterised facades.
