WE're organised in 2013 for the search of catching an innovative and progressive way of thinking and mentality in architecture and urbanism with collaborative design practices.
WE're a Team
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Architecture. During his bachelor he participated an international education programme in Thessaloniki / Greece and architectural internship and workshops in Split / Croatia. After graduation in 2010, he worked in several offices in Istanbul then started his architectural practices under WE're in 2013.
Ali Önalp
Architect, Founding Partner
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Architecture. During his bachelor he participated an international education programme in Berlin / Germany. He has M.Sc degree from Computer Aided Design programme in ITU. He researced housing and paremetric design in master sciences. After graduation in 2009, he worked in several offices in Istanbul then started his architectural practices under WE're in 2013.
Burak Yardımcı

She graduated from the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Medipol University in 2019 and has been continuing her professional work within WE're since 2025.
Dilara Akdemir
Architect
He graduated from the Department of Architecture at Gebze Technical University in 2025 and began his professional career at WE’re.
Esad Hamza Değirmenci
Architect
He graduated from Mardin Artuklu University, Department of Architecture in 2021, and in his professional career he has participated in numerous national and international architecture and design competitions, earning several awards. After graduation he took part in the design and implementation processes of various projects in different architectural offices, and he has been professional work within WE're since 2025.
Recep Çetin
Architect
WE're inspired by all the design disciplines containing multiple scales with the same motivation and always searching for self-challenging processes with the aim of thinking “the new” and “the unique”. That makes the operations in the studio always transparent, collaborative processes rather than a strict hierarchical structure.
WE're thinking that architecture, urbanism and all design disciplines have to be rethought not only with their self dynamics, but also with other social, positive and human sciences.
