Located in the coastal settlement of Yalova, the Yalova Teachers’ Guesthouse is designed as a holistic complex that combines accommodation, social amenities, and recreational spaces, while addressing the in-service training needs of public sector personnel.
The project emphasizes a strong visual relationship with the natural topography and sea view, as well as an efficient internal circulation system across the site. A fragmented massing strategy and inner courtyards connected to open spaces create a social and interactive environment for users.

The building volumes are laid out to follow the slope of the terrain, resulting in a horizontally stretched and landscape-sensitive architectural language that blends into the coastal fabric of the area.

The project provides functional flexibility for different user scenarios—from educational seminars to individual stays. With a capacity of 167 rooms, it accommodates a wide variety of lodging needs. Complementary facilities such as a conference hall, sports center, swimming pool, and social spaces turn the complex into more than just a hotel—it becomes a dynamic living environment.

Pedestrian axes and courtyard systems create a balance between privacy and shared usage areas. Interior spaces are shaped with an emphasis on natural light, landscape integration, and user comfort.
