The Military Recruitment Center is designed as a comprehensive public campus on Istanbul’s European side, offering a secure, accessible, and institutionally organized space for military enlistment operations.
The project includes an administrative building and a multi-branch service structure, planned with a campus layout that ensures clarity and ease of navigation for users. The architectural program includes management offices, 24 recruitment branches, security checkpoints, waiting and guidance areas, and a parking zone. These elements are spatially separated and functionally organized across the site.
The design process was guided by essential criteria for public buildings—security, clarity, intuitive navigation, and modular organization.

The service building, consisting of 24 standard branches, is designed to accommodate high user volume with operational efficiency in mind. Repetitive modular floor layouts ensure uniformity and easy wayfinding. The administrative building is set apart, strategically positioned to express institutional hierarchy.
Natural light is introduced through rhythmic façade openings, creating a balanced architectural character. Open courtyards and orientation axes within the campus provide legible circulation for both personnel and visitors.
