Located in the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone of Istanbul, this industrial facility has a construction area of approximately 24,000 m². The program includes large-scale storage and production areas, as well as office units overseeing these functions. Although the uses are clearly separated, the architectural design adopts a unified and coherent approach.
The storage mass, which constitutes the majority of the structure, is considered a low-activity zone with minimal need for natural light. This characteristic became one of the main drivers of the façade design.

In line with this, the transition from storage to office spaces maintains a consistent architectural language, while façade openings are gradually increased to respond to the rising need for daylight. These openings are designed to maximize natural light in the office section.

Located on the rooftop, the independent office unit responsible for managing the entire facility enhances the overall social comfort with its spacious terraces opening in all directions.

The functional distinction among the office, warehouse, and administrative units is resolved through a simple yet strong architectural composition.
The essential simplicity required by the nature of the function guided the core design principle, resulting in a building that is highly functional, efficient, and clearly defined.
