The land of the project is located in an area which has a large green area center and is neighbor to the industrial zone of Ankara. The main criterion of the design constructed in this region, which has a very rich green texture, is to spread this green area, which is already present, with the terraces and retractions created in thefirst place and in the tower part in then extstage with the floor gardens around the whole structure. It is aimed to build different settlement patterns in order this retractable block structure to provide different perspectives in the area within tense precedent data and not to cause a preventive settlement. The housing block with different heights and different tower positions is thus ensured to create different perspectives from every point of view.
